BOOTCAMP - Our challenging 4 week bootcamp program delivers an intense, calorie-burning “butt-kick” you won’t soon forget. Join us for our 60 minute class, 3 times a week.
KETTLEBELL TRAINING - Kettlebells do it all in half the time. Our kettlebell classes are grounded in the fundamentals. You won’t find us doing choreographed moves with teeny tiny kettlebells. If you’re serious about your training, this class is for you!
