At Total Body Training our fresh air workouts challenge you to be your very best. Improve strength, mobility, agility, balance and cardiovascular fitness, and do it all with great people who support you. Combine strength and cardio with our 4 Week Boot-Camp program – 3 days a week M/W/F – morning and evening classes available.

Or join us for our 4 Week Strong-Camp Program and focus on building strength without the cardio or the impact. Strong-Camp classes are offered 2 days a week – T/Th – mornings.

Tawnie Hayne

With over 17 years of experience as a trainer, Tawnie has a keen eye for analyzing her clients’ strengths and weaknesses. She respects each person’s abilities and encourages her clients to do the same. Tawnie believes that listening to your body will never steer you in the wrong direction. Tawnie is a BCRPA Group Fitness Leader with additional certifications in Kettlebell Training, Strength Training, TRX, and Nutrition.
